You can walk down the path towards a better life. If you don’t do this, then long-term you can be at risk of a multitude of long-term illnesses such as cancer. Doing things now to benefit your health will pay off in the long run! I am so glad that you found my blog because my goal is to give you beneficial information to help guide you through this process. 7 stepping stones toward wellness
The 7 stepping stones towards wellness begins by instituting a keto diet in your life to help decrease inflammation in your body. If you are used to conventional foods, then this may not be very easy for you. After you have adopted a keto lifestyle, start to incorporate intermittent fasting into your daily life! Not only will this help with fat burning, but it will also give you a lot of other benefits. Please see my post on Intermittent Fasting (IF) Benefits.
Okay! Now is the time to focus on your physical and energetic body! The perfect way to do this is to incorporate yoga and meditation! Meditation is fantastic for promoting peace in your life and tending to your chakras! Yoga is also great because not only does it take care of your energy centers, it is also a fabulous workout! If you are worried about finding time for both, do not fret. First, I recommend that you start by doing both of these at home! Youtube has plenty of yoga and meditation videos out there! Also, you can invest in some books. Once you are ready, then you can go to a class. If you only go to a live class once a month, then that is fine! Yoga also adds prana to your life. After you have adopted the above principles, it is time to evaluate which types of products you have in your household. I recommend that you avoid all toxic cleaners, purchase organic foods, and invest in self-care products that are devoid of toxins. Please see my recommended lists here.
Improve your sleep! This is the absolute cornerstone of achieving wellness. I recommend that you do whatever possible to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night. If you have difficulty doing this, it may be necessary to seek out a healthcare professional. One of the primary reasons this is essential because it will help your body heal and will help decrease your appetite. I always reiterate to my patients that you need to make sleep a priority in your life!
